Chicago - We Like Happy Endings.  And let's face it, who DOESN'T like Happy Endings?  In this case, we refer to those sweet occasions when the White WIN Flag with the Big W flies over Wrigley Field, following a victory by the home team.  We designed this t shirt to be worn year round, whether you're enjoying a game in Wrigleyville, watching at home, or just wanting to remind yourself of all the happy endings that will come in the spring while you're getting through another Chicago winter!  This tshirt makes a great gift for the Northside Chicago Baseball fan in your life, and it's awesome if you want something different from what you'll find at the souvenir stands and sports stores.

There are a TON of shirts out there with big blue W's on them, and, horrors - we even saw fans flying our precious and beloved W Flag after the Indianapolis Colts victory in the AFC Championship Game.  But The W Flag is OURS, Chicago!!  The W Flag flying over Wrigley Field is one of our many quirky, distinctive, cool traditions, that make cubdom what it is.  So whether you've given up hope or you still have hope;  whether you think "it's gonna happen" or "it's never gonna happen"; if you had an "In Dusty We Trusty" shirt back in the day or you thought that was just the dumbest moneymaking idea ever; if you go to the games to look at baseball, or you go to the games to drink beer and look at girls; we can all agree that when the W Flag flies, everyone is happy.  And even though many fans, in the bleachers perhaps, may be passed out by the time "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" rolls around, it's great to see the WIN flag fly.

Note: We took a banner out with our previous version of this tee to the Daley Plaza rally in October 2008.  We thought that the earlier version of this shirt had a really great chance to be a hit during those playoffs, but they were over in the blink of an eye.  Not that I'm bitter or anything...
