Ah, the South.  Grits, Biscuits and Gravy, Kudzu, Humidity, Southern Accents, Country Music, Black-Eyed Peas, Southern Fried Chicken, Gumbo, NASCAR, Barbecue, Chick-Fil-A, Spring Break, Stuckey's, Waffle House, Fried Green Tomatoes, Cornbread, Okra, Boiled Peanuts, Mint Juleps... I love it all!

As noted, I grew up in The South, although, the part of Florida I lived in isn't really, really the South.  However, the Southern presence was certainly there, and whenever I'd travel to the northern reaches of Florida, Orlando, Gainesville, and beyond, the accents grew a little thicker and life seemed to move at a little bit more of a leisurely pace.  In any case, I LOVE SOUTHERN GIRLS and I LOVE SOUTHERN GIRLS who talk with a SOUTHERN ACCENT.  It just melts my heart.  And as the t-shirt states, I have absolutely found Southern Women to be sassy, charming, AND classy, for the most part ; )

As far as my travels through the South, I've been all over my home state of Florida; I love Atlanta and have spent a couple of days in Savannah; I worked in Columbia, South Carolina for a month and also have been to Charleston; North Carolina -- been up and down I-95 and also been to Asheville and Smoky Mountain Park; Alabama - driven through the panhandle but gotta spend more time there!  Ditto Mississippi... but I did lose some money in Biloxi once!  Love New Orleans, I like KY and TN, but alas, I have never visited Arkansas -- someday!  It's the only other state besides Alaska I've never been to.  And Virginia -- yes, you're kinda North but definitely South -- beautiful state I've been all over, love the rolling hills and historic sites.
