We understand that you are putting your trust in us when you order items over the Internet, and especially so with clothing. In order to make this process as painless and fair as possible, we hereby present our policies:
SHIPPING: When you choose STANDARD SHIPPING, your item will ship within 7-10 business days. In most cases, it will arrive sooner. However, we do not guarantee a particular arrival date, but if you drop-dead need it by a certain date, please let us know when placing your order (there is a field provided on the order form) -- or e-mail us or call us @ 773-478-3378. We are very eager to please our customers and will do all we can to get them out to you! If we have an unexpected stockout or unusual delay expected with the order, we will notify you and provide you with options or a refund/cancellation of your order, or we'll really, really make it up to you in some really sweet way.
Everything we ship with the United States Post Office (our standard service), or FedEx, or UPS, we can provide you with a Tracking Number for. Once an item is shown to have been successfully delivered to the address you have provided, that is all that is within our power to do. Please be wary if your mailman leaves things where neighbors can steal them, if your doorman doesn't notify you of packages, if other people in your house might take things without telling you, etc.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: YOU HAVE 21 DAYS -- THAT IS, TWENTY-ONE DAYS -- FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM, TO NOTIFY US THAT YOU ARE GOING TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT, AND THEN TO RETURN IT. We believe this is a reasonable amount of time to make sure their item fits, that they like it, that it has no damage, that it is all good. So, say you get your tees on June 1. You get around to trying it on and looking at it on June 8. You decide you don't like it. Please then email or call our office notifying us of the exchange, and send it back to our office with the original packing slip plus instructions. Please send it via Delivery Confirmation so you will have proof that you sent it. If you want to exchange it, we'll mail out your exchange at no additional fee. Now let's say you order a tee on July 1, don't look at it until fall, then decide to return it on September 20. If you do so, we will not accept the return nor provide a refund nor exchange. The reason we do this is that we frequently change colors, designs, and styles, and after a reasonable time, we may not carry that item any more. We have had people return things after over a year. We have had people buy a tank top in June, wear it, then want to exchange it for a Hoodie in October. We've had shirts returned with coffee stains, lipstick stains, covered in mud, slathered in cat hair, balled up, and we've even had people return items to us that we did not produce nor sell them. Despite this, we love our customers because they pay our bills, and will attempt to give you the benefit of the doubt whenever possible. If you exchange something, you'll be charged no additional shipping for us to send the replacement out; if you return something, you will get a full refund of the cost of the item(s) within 2-3 business days of receipt. When noted on sale or closeout items, certain discontinued sale items may not be eligible for exchanges or refunds.
IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM: We will get you your correct item free of charge and compensate you for any shipping you might incur. Again, you must notify us and send item back within the 21 day window. We make mistakes sometimes but we try really, really hard not to.
PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Master Card, and Amex. All orders are securely processed. If you are having problems with the web site or for whatever reason don't want to do it over the web, feel free to call our office.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: Please contact our office and we will let you know what we can do for you!
WHERE'S MY STUFF??? I HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT YET!!!: If you don't have your items within a week, feel free to call or e-mail us and we'll track it for you or investigate if appropriate.
SALES TAX: If you are in Illinois, you will be charged Sales Tax, otherwise, not.
WILL FESTA SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION? No! Please see our Privacy Policy.
WILL I GET EMAILS FROM FESTA IF I DON'T WANT THEM? If you wish not to receive these updates, simply reply to any email you get from us and put "Opt Out of Mailing List" in the subject line. Or, feel free to call us -- note that all of our emails are personally and thoughtfully composed, and will always strive to entertain as well as inform. We do not try to blindly, misanthropically deluge you with spam. However, if you absolutely feel the need to vent, rant, and rave if you get an unwanted email from us, you may do so -- however, we do insist that you refrain from obscenities, racial, sexual, or religious slurs or innuendoes, or personal insults. We are as frustrated by spam as you, but don't pick on us for it unless you have to! We're an honest family business!
WHY DON'T YOU MAKE MY WOMENS SIZE? The marketplace we serve has predominantly demanded that we produce women's junior-sized tees. We have responded to customer feedback and made our tees stretchier, roomier, and generally more easy-fitting. We also do produce larger sizes for custom orders and offer them in our line for our most popular t-shirts. Since we are a relatively small specialty fashion brand, we simply do not have the resources to stock every shirt we make in every size that someone might want.
WHY DON'T YOU MAKE A SHIRT FOR MY CITY/STATE/AREA? We generally follow the demand of our customers in investing to produce shirts for a given area. For example, we have great retailers in say, West Virginia, so came out with a great North Dakota shirt. The reason we may not have a certain shirt yet is that there hasn't been enough demand yet, but we will take your feedback. Also note, we often make Custom Designs carried exclusively by particular retailers that you can only get from them -- feel free to call and ask us. We have made shirts like Naperville Girl, Hinsdale Girl, Morristown (NJ) Girl, Exeter Girl, Coral Springs Girl, Glen Ellyn Girl, Missoula, Coeur D'Alene, Pueblo, Stone Harbor, Jekyll Island, and many more.
